James Benson is a fairly common name– there are a lot of us in the phone book. My unique name is known only to God and I can’t wait for that day when He shares it with me.
I met Jesus in 1980. Since then, Jesus has helped me steadily grow in the knowledge of Him through His amazing Word and through the talks we have together. I also strive to yield and obey, growing in faith and enjoying the journey.
God led me to a church where I have served for many years, to a wife I couldn’t live without and to a family that makes me prouder every single day.
I love to study and teach and preach from the Bible, the Book where God has placed eternal life on every page.
I’m a born-again debugger, engineer, problem solver, tool creator, holistic design analyzer and can’t stop asking God how things are supposed to work and why they don’t work the way they are supposed to.
